Buffalo Chicken Dip


Hosting a few friends and want to make the perfect party dip? Look no further… this is sure to be a party pleaser, just be sure you have enough chips to go around for everyone! It takes a classic party favorite (buffalo chicken) and turns it on its head. This is the dip that will have your guests asking for the recipe the next day! Enjoy 


  • large sauce pan

2 chicken breasts
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 cup Ranch dressing
1 cup Frank's Hot Sauce (or Frank's Buffalo sauce)
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 bunch celery cut into 4 inch pieces
1 1/2 teaspoons of Windy City Celery 


1. Boil chicken breasts until cooked through (roughly 10-15 mins). Let cool until it's warm and pull the chicken into shreds. Heat (medium temperature) cream cheese, ranch dressing and hot sauce stirring until well blended and warm. Add the chicken and mix in half of the shredded cheese, reduce heat to low.

2. Sprinkle Windy City Celery and the remaining cheese over the top and bake roughly 15 minutes @ 400* until cheese is melted.

Step 1 can be done the day before and left in the fridge. The next day - just sprinkle the cheese over the top and bake 20-30 minutes at 400* (or simply "nuke" the dip for a few minutes).
