Our Garlic Shallot Blend is a huge improvement on the old standbys of processed garlic and onion salts.  Fragrant and seductive, organic garlic and shallot tango cheek-to-cheek with fleur de sel and Himalayan Pink Salt to produce this gourmet blend.     For many years I've used "sea salt" but only recently found the all-natural, organic, herb-blended sea salt. It is delightful! And I love knowing we are ingesting 60 + trace minerals with the wonderful flavor of garlic and shallot!
