"How do I track my package?"
"Where's my international package!?"

"How do I track my package?"

Once the order is accepted by our couriers, you will automatically receive a message from us notifying you that your package was shipped and providing you with a means to track its progress. To learn about the status of your order, please visit your account page.

"It says 'Awaiting Shipment' in my account page -- can I still cancel?"

Unfortunately, we may not cancel it at this point. The items you selected have now been boxed up, and have moved to our shipping dock awaiting a pickup.

Should you still wish to cancel, please refuse delivery of the order and the package will be returned to us. We will then credit you the value of the items selected, minus any shipping charges.

"I received my order, but something was damaged. How do I go about reporting this and getting a replacement?"

Sorry to hear that one of the items you selected arrived damaged. Please email us and indicate the items you wish to return to us, and we will process a replacement delivery that same day.

"My tracking info shows that my order's been delivered, but I can't find it!"

Please email us with your order number, and we'll gladly contact the shipper to arrange a Driver Follow-up. This means that the driver who made the original delivery will revisit your home, and help in the location of this package. Many times, the package is left in a place that may not be overly apparent to prevent it 'walking away.' Or may be left with a neighbor for safekeeping. Either way, the driver will help you locate it.

"There appears to be a billing problem with my order... how can I handle this?"

Please forward any billing concerns to here, and we'll gladly contact you right away to assist.

"My tracking number says 'USPS'... why can't I track it?"

This means that your order was shipped with USPS Priority Mail (usually quicker for small packages). While this does not allow us to track its progress, this service is very quick, and your items should be arriving shortly.
